Kliqa™ offers free shipping on all orders during active campaigns and promotions.
We collaborate with several leading carriers to ensure fast and secure deliveries.
📦 Order & Delivery Process
When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will also send you a tracking number so you can easily follow your delivery.
(Tip: If you can't find our emails, please check your spam or promotions folders.)
Packages are delivered directly to your mailbox, door, or nearest service point depending on the delivery method and size of the shipment.
If the package is delivered to a service point, you will receive a notification via SMS or email.
⏱ Delivery Time
Processing Time
1–3 business days for order handling, quality control, and packaging.
Shipping Time
Normal delivery time is approximately 5–9 business days after the package has been shipped.

Damaged Shipments
If your shipment or product has been damaged during transit, this must be reported as soon as possible.
For visible transport damages, we recommend reporting this directly upon receipt. Hidden transport damages should be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Transport damages not reported within this timeframe may be difficult to compensate.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, Kliqa™ reserves the right to charge a fee of 29 Eur to cover:

The fee will be deducted from any refund.
If the order value is less than 290 SEK, we reserve the right to retain the entire amount.
