These terms apply when you shop with KLIQA (www.kliqa.store). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address, as required by law. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to correct clearly erroneous prices.

Orders and order confirmation

After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. A binding contract of sale is formed once we confirm your order.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. If your order is significantly delayed beyond what's disclosed there, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

Returns and warranty

You have 30 days to return your order, and every camera includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your state or country of residence.
