Every KLIQA order comes with a 30-day return window, starting from the day your delivery arrives.

How to start a return

1. Email support@kliqa.store with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your item.
2. We'll confirm your return and send you return instructions within 24 hours (business days).
3. Send the product back in its original condition and original packaging. Keep your shipping receipt until your return is confirmed.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Defective or damaged items

Received a damaged or defective product? Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement — in most cases you won't even need to send the broken one back.

Limited warranty

Every KLIQA camera is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your camera stops working properly under normal use within 12 months of purchase, contact us and we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
